Cobas ePlex Sales App

Since November 2024, Delve has been working closely with Roche to create a supporting sales app to highlight key features of their Cobas ePlex System. Since I worked on the UI for the product a few years ago, the client felt comfortable working with the Delve team. I worked closely with our sales team to ensure we were aligned on the needs of the Sales App, and owned the scoping of timeline and budget for the design effort.

As the Lead Designer, I spearheaded the design effort, and oversea the whole project. This includes working closely with the Program Manager to ensure we’re meeting client expectations, and our budget, as well as mentoring and guiding a Product Designer and owning the relationship with our developer.
