Next Generation Covid Test Design Research

From October 2022 - December 2022, Delve worked with BD to help them identify opportunities for improvement in their next generation at-home COVID-testing platform. I was the Lead Interaction Designer and supported the team in ideation potential areas of improvement, generating stimuli for research, and supporting the synthesis and guidance of the next steps for the product.
