Next Generation Heart Failure Treatment Device

Since August 2023, Delve has been working with Abiomed on a next generation preCARDIA device. The client is looking to Delve’s expertise to overhaul their set-up workflow, and improve the holistic user-experience of the device. As the Lead Interaction Designer, I’ve been working closely with our Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, and Human Factors teams to identify opportunities to redesign the product experience. We’ve been collaborating closely with the clients’ in-house engineering and clinical teams to ensure the product can be rolled out to an increased number of hospitals.
